James Comstock
James Comstock has spent the better part of two decades working alongside criminal defense attorneys throughout Oregon. His practice centers on locating witnesses others cannot find, conducting interviews that produce usable record, and developing mitigation that meaningfully informs sentencing. He is an active member of OCDLA and the Defense Investigators of Oregon, and is known by counsel for thorough, plain language reports that arrive on time.
Mark Robertson
Mark Robertson works most often with civil litigators and in house counsel on matters that turn on facts buried inside thousands of pages of records. He brings a methodical, document first approach to internal investigations and complex civil cases, and has a particular knack for translating dense records into a clear factual narrative counsel can use.
Steve Wilson
Steve Wilson built his career on the hard public records work most investigators avoid. Multi agency requests, court file retrieval across counties, and the careful documentation that makes the resulting record stand up in court. He partners regularly with civil rights counsel and plaintiffs' firms whose cases require an exhaustive evidentiary foundation.
